PRIVATE BUSINESS TOOL

Shakes Secondhands inventory app

An internal tool for keeping our stock records and product photos organised.

What the app does

The app helps our authorised business administrator manage item records, asking prices, availability, sales and product photographs in Google Sheets and Google Drive. It is not a public sign-in service or a customer shopping account.

Google permissions

Google Sheets access allows the app to read and update authorised business spreadsheets. Google Drive file access (drive.file) allows it to work with files used in this workflow, including product photos. It does not request Gmail access.

Public catalogue and private records

Selected product photos, descriptions and asking prices can be published to this catalogue. Purchase costs, private notes and Google credentials are not published. Catalogue updates are currently prepared and uploaded separately; this website is not an automatic live stock feed.

Control and contact

Access is authorised by the business administrator and can be revoked through their Google Account. For privacy details, see our privacy notice. Contact Shakes Secondhands on WhatsApp: +27 74 656 3294.
